How do I care for the clothes I purchase? 

To ensure that your clothes last as long as possible, we recommend either dry cleaning or hand washing and air drying. Dry cleaning is a great option for many types of clothing, helping to extend its lifespan. 

How do I place a return or exchange?

Please note that we have a no exchange policy, unless the item you ordered is damaged upon arrival. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition, but sometimes things can happen during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. However, all other sales are final, so please be sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Delivery times for our products can vary, but most clothing items will typically ship within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within 10 business days, unless it's an international order. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), and weather-related issues. We recommend that you keep track of your package using the tracking information provided to you when it ships, so you can have a better idea of when it will arrive.
